Zusammenfassung:
A framework for the integration of emergency response UAS operated by state actors and public safety authorities into Uspaces is presented. The regulatory framework for U-spaces specifies the traffic management for civil UAS while for emergency response flights exceptions are in place. The integration of emergency flights has been identified as a challenge to be addressed before introducing real U-spaces. Based on use cases in Hamburg, the framework and architecture are being implemented and tested within the BLU-Space project.
