Zusammenfassung:
The paper presents a tool to support heterogeneous teams in making decisions according to tasks distribution, whenever acting in a complex and partially unknown environment. That scenario is clearly representative in the framework of human planetary exploration that necessarily asks for astronauts cooperating with robots to build and maintain possible outpost. To face the evident complexity of such a heterogeneous agency, a so-called Crew Assistant (CA) agent is introduced, whose primary task stays in dynamically distributing high level mission goals to the entire agency: it can be seen as an astronaut "assistant" interacting with the group members. A lunar base scenario is proposed to highlight the CA potentials through simulations.
