Zusammenfassung:
This paper reports the application of statistical energy analysis (SEA) to a complex fifty plate box. Each plate was modelled as three subsytems and the coupling loss factors calculated using infinite plate to plate transmission coefficients. Very good agreement between experimental results and the SEA predictions has been obtained for frequencies greater than 200 Hz.
