Zusammenfassung:
From the knowledge of mean quantities computed with a K-e turbulence model, we estimate numerically the sound power generated by a turbulent flow in a duct obstructed by a diaphragm at low frequencies when only the plane wave can propagate. Using conformal mapping and Matched Asymptotic Expansions, we have determined a two-dimensional Greens function which allows us to assess numerically the acoustic power by solving the Lighthill inhomogeneous aeroacoustic equation. Then we use the intensimetry technique to measure the acoustic power in a blow-down induced-flow pipe rig. Our aim is to validate the theoretical model by experiments.
