Design and wind tunnel test of a digital active flutter suppression system for a wing store configuration was conducted. Digital control laws were developed by a transformation procedure from continuous domain to discrete domain indirectly as well as a procedure in discrete domain directly.Tustin-transformation was valid to form a discrete equivalent transfer function 1 in the former case Representative digital control laws were tested in low speed wind tunnel and the predicted flutter characteristics correlated well with the test data. The flutter speed increments were about 20 percent.
