Titel:

Vibration Problems in High-Speed Aircraft Structures

Autor(en):
L. Broglio
Zusammenfassung:
The problem being considered is that of the natural ·modes and frequencies of vibration of a shell-wing. The variable section of the shell is assumed to consist of a rectangular box-cell, at the corners of which there are four main stringers, each of the top- and bottom-horizontal sheet being reinforced by n secundary stringers. The section . has a horizontal axis of symmetry and the mass of the wing is distributed along such axis. With the conventionai assumptions of the shell-structures theory, tne equations of dynamic equilibrium of the vatious elements of the structure are derived for the following degrees of freedom: vertical displacement of the centroid 0 of the rectangular section, rotation about 0, and axial displacements of the stringers.
